Union Craft Positions

The Lynch Company's field, fabrication, and shop workforce is represented by Sheet Metal Workers Local 16.

Individuals interested in construction, sheet metal, fabrication, production, or apprenticeship opportunities should apply through Local 16. Union employees receive wages and benefits through the collective bargaining agreement and union benefit programs.
